- State of the art eight-berth horse walker
- Close vicinity to Sandgate Beach where horses can swim in Moreton Bay and train on the soft sand
- 6 day yards
- Six Horse Truck (Side Loading)

The Deagon training facility offers a top-class training ground with a 20m wide, 1800m long course proper, an inside sand-track, an eight-horse walker and swimming facilities.
